Call Queuing
Do you have too many inbound calls? Not enough lines or operators? Not sure if you are missing some calls? Our Call Queuing product will answer your calls, queue them, and put them through to your landline as phones becomes available. The caller can be greeted with an introductory message and the service can state the caller's position in the queue, as well as have music played whilst the caller is on hold. If the caller hangs up before they are connected, we will email you their number so you can call them back. Callers can also be put through to voicemail option after a pre-specified amount of time of being on hold and again these voicemail messages can be emailed or sent to you by SMS.
Priority Routing
With this service, it is possible to answer a call in a multitude of ways which can be pre-defined and configured by time of day, or day of week. For example you can welcome a caller with a personalized pre-connection message, route the caller to the preferred destination and provide a voicemail facility for those calls you can't answer. All of this is configurable by time of day or day of week, and any recordings taken by voicemail can be sent to your email address or by SMS to your mobile, without any need to dial in to retrieve the message. It is also possible to configure a hunt group so that if the first line is busy or unavailable the system will try another line, and so on until the call is answered.
Virtual Office
This as a virtual office system, whereby a caller calls a number and connects to a menu system e.g. press 1 for sales, press 2 for customer services etc. Each number then routes to a specified number. You could also have voicemail attached to this as an additional service and include priority routing for your various departments.
International Routing
Do you have offices around the world? Are you paying too much for your international calls? Our International Routing service can help you cut those call costs dramatically by designating a UK 08 number and diverting it to an international destination number, ideal if you have a UK workforce that needs to call your international office regularly.
This service is also ideal if you wish to show that you have a UK presence, as your designated UK 08 number can be directed to your international number without your clients/ customers knowing any different or paying typically high international call rates.
Phone Call Recorder
The phone call recorder service gives you the power to record your phone calls without the need for any specialist equipment or technical know-how. You don't even need to register to record a call.
In fact the phone call recorder service allows you to record telephone conversations made from any UK phone to anywhere in the world simply by dialing an access number. You can then securely retrieve the recordings to your PC as an MP3 file at any time within the following 30 days. CLI Presentation
We can enable callers to see your chosen CLI, for example, you may have an 08 sales number and require recipients of your calls to see the same 08 sales number (the CLI).

Faxback
This Faxback Service allows anyone to collect an automated fax from you by simply dialing your Faxback number using their fax machine. Calls will be answered by an automated system, so there is no need to buy or use any special equipment. The caller connects with a recorded voice message that confirms the service requested and then instructs the caller to switch their fax to 'receive mode' or press 'start'. The document is then automatically transmitted to the caller's fax machine.
The Faxback Service can be accessed using either 0844, 0871 or 09 numbers and is ideal for sending clients/users: Maps, registration or application forms, financial information, technical data/statistics, a list of sales goods, or even up to date information like sporting results.
Fax to Email
With the Fax to Email service you are able to receive incoming faxes directly to your own email address as a PDF attachment. This enables you to receive faxes straight to your computer or laptop, or even your smart phone as you travel around. Faxes can be read in Acrobat Reader which most users already have but, if required, it can be downloaded free of charge.
Faxes now never need get lost and you do not have to rely on somebody else to pick them up for you. You can manage and store them as easily as you manage your emails. Of course, you also have added advantages of increased security and confidentiality, as faxes come directly to you when in the office or on the road. It eliminates the need for an extra fax line and a fax machine, so no more toner, expensive phone bills or machine repairs, and no busy signals, paper jams or lost/misplaced faxes.
Voicemail
When callers dial your number and your line is busy, unanswered or number unobtainable, the caller will be re-directed to your voicemail. This feature is a fully integrated voice mailbox whereby you can control where your calls go when unanswered or busy. Divert your calls to your voicemail and listen to the message at a more convenient time. The amount of seconds the call should ring before moving on to your voicemail box can also be set.
Voicemail to Email
This feature allows you to take a message when your line is busy, unanswered or number unobtainable, by emailing the voicemail message to you. You can listen to the message from any location as long as you have access to your own personal email account.
Voice to Email
Voice to Email is a very flexible service with a variety of uses whereby you can not only provide recorded information to your customers but also collect important captured information from your callers. A typical use for this could be for a brochure request or competition entries, where the callers leave their contact details. The audio information that is recorded during the call is attached to an email as an MP3 file and sent to the specified email address.
Celebrity Messages
Our Celebrity Messages service allows users to choose a message recorded by a impersonated celebrity, for example, a birthday greeting from Arnold Schwarzenegger, which can then be sent to the callers chosen recipient.

Our premier dating service has been introducing thousands of singles across the UK, but our unparalleled Live Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology is available around the world.
This service allows callers to create a personal voice mailbox, which in turn receives personal messages from other callers who enter that particular mailbox number. These personal voice mailboxes can be advertised on the web or in a newspaper, or any way you wish. Alternatively users can just browse personal voice mailboxes and leave messages as they please. Each mailbox is given a unique PIN number to access messages left for them.

When callers ring the telephone number they hear the information that you have recorded. The race information can be recorded and updated by you at anytime over the telephone, by uploading a sound file from your PC or online text to speech conversion.
